Our fees are the same as going through any other estage agent.

Two possibilities

If we deal directly with a property owner , you will have to pay for :

Purchase price is < 100 000 € :	8 % TTC *
Purchase price is between 100 000 & 300 000 € :	7 % TTC *
Purchase price is > 300 000 € :	6 % TTC *

*TTC means VAT included

If we deal with an estate agency, we share the fees.

The fees are to be paid in full on completion
